What makes me different than a regular nutritionist?

I go beyond the standard approach by embracing a whole-body and bio-individual perspective tailored to each client's unique needs. I incorporate nervous system calming tools into my practice, recognizing their crucial role in promoting overall health and well-being. This holistic approach ensures that every aspect of my client's health is addressed, paving the way for comprehensive and lasting healing.

Hi, I’m Frumie.

I'm a certified nutritional therapist (NTP) living in Los Angeles with my husband and two children.

I know what it’s like to live with constant pain and discomfort. After years of suffering from stomach pain and all kinds of related issues, I ended up in the emergency room and was finally diagnosed with IBS.

I was a mess. Not only was I weak and bloated all the time, but my physical symptoms took a major toll on the way I saw myself. My body image was terrible, and my self-confidence was at an all-time low.

After giving birth to my oldest child, I decided that things had to change. My daughter deserved better than an unhealed mama. She needed a mom who had confidence, energy, and vitality.

That’s why I went back to school and joined the Nutritional Therapy Association’s program and became a certified Nutritional Therapist.

I was determined to get back to my best self. With my newfound education, I began to implement small lifestyle changes. Little by little, I changed my diet and my habits. I began eating to support my gut, and being intentional about the choices I made both in the kitchen and outside of it.

Today, I can confidently say that I’ve never felt better physically or mentally. I eat without fear and live a life that fills me. I haven’t experienced IBS symptoms in years.

I know what it’s like to be sick. And even more, I know what it’s like to heal and get back to living fully. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people return to their best health and their best selves by using nutritional therapy.

I love cooking and eating nourishing foods, hiking, and spending time with my family.

And now, I can do all those things and feel good.

Our Approach

Knowledge is Power

Change is hard.

And when it comes to diet, it can be overwhelming.

That’s why I don’t just give you recommendations: I offer education at every step on the way.

My goal is for you to fully understand how your body works and what it needs in order to thrive.

I won’t just give you a menu plan – I’ll explain why it works and how you can tweak it to best suit your needs.

When you learn the keys behind proper nutrition and lifestyle, you will be empowered to maintain your changes on your own, long after our time together is over.

By giving our bodies the nutrients it needs, and by ensuring that through proper digestion, our body is absorbing these nutrients, we can support our body’s natural pathway to healing.

Get to the Root of It

Our bodies are incredibly wise and capable of healing, but they require the right support and nutrients in order to thrive.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I don’t just create meal plans; I partner with you to explore the underlying causes of discomfort or illness in your life. We look at your diet, but we also take a look at outside factors that could be contributing to your stress levels and causing havoc on your body.

This approach goes beyond simple dietary adjustments. It involves a profound understanding of how every choice you make affects your overall health.

With one-on-one guidance tailored to you, you’ll learn not only what to eat but also how to make informed choices that sustain your health long-term.
